THE GOLDEN TULIP PLAYFUL CLUB: ALMOST 750 MEMBERS
We launched the Golden Tulip Playful Club at the end of November 2022.
Reminder: the goal of the club is to strengthen teams’ feeling of belonging to the brand as well as their “playful” side.
After completing a six-week program made up of 16 activities to take part in, and passing the final quiz, nearly 750 employees earned their member card. A huge success!
Privileges reserved to members include participation in a special digital conference which features Thierry Spencer, a presenter specialized in Client Experience.
Several challenges focused on Golden Tulip’s values and attitudes will take place throughout the year, and will reward our members.
There’s a lot to motivate the teams and to join them!
The icing on the cake: the program is now an essential part of Golden Tulip’s integration program Start & Go.
