Launch of a proactive approach to detecting talent in all teams of our hotels

The creation of a Talent map showing all of our hotel employees in France (Affiliates and CPS) to identify potential at each level of the organization.

This map will allow us to put specific Talent action plans into place in the different individual and collective sectors. The goal of this initiative is to promote loyalty and the development of all of our employees.

To put this initiative in place, the Talent Management service has developed a group-specific tool which can objectively run a performance and knowledge assessment of the employees.

During the Evolutions HR meetings that took place at the end of 2022, with the support of HR Operations, the Talent Management team trained all of the Directors on this tool.

More than 300 Directors were trained and did their Talent Review live.
