SILK UPDATE
SILK wave 1 has been deployed in November for 20 hotels in France.
A two-days training was organized for General Managers with live demonstrations, case studies and quizzes.
Training materials are available in the Brand Center and in Genius to facilitate their first steps using new version of Le Store, Oracle and Ticketing tool.
Furthermore, during 4 weeks after the go-live, a dedicated hotline is setup as a post go-live support for general managers, and an adoption challenge is animated to help them understand new processes and tools.
2023 will be focused on the deployment of the remaining hotels and the headquarters in France and Poland.
