The Pilot 1 Phase has started as planned in April with the Go Live of the first 8 pilot hotels.

Includes the new version of the « Le Store », LHG purchasing portal, the new Oracle Cloud ERP, and the outsourcing of several Finance & Purchasing processes to our new BPO operated by Accenture

The Pilot 2 phase is under preparation for a Go Live in Q3 and will cover part of the Finance and Purchasing processes of LHG HQ (GTi BV perimteter), which will help finalizing the target model before a phased deployment in FR and EU from Q4 onwards.
