At the end of March, the final seminar for the first promotion of the Rookie and Future Leaders programs was held at the Casablanca site, in the presence of Pierre Frédérique Roulot (CEO).

On the agenda of this seminar:

• To anchor the main learnings acquired throughout the development process
• To take stock of the road travelled for oneself but also collectively and identify, in mirror image, the steps still to be taken
• To offer a forum for proposing concrete actions, enabling them to put their talent skills “at the service” of the Group’s challenges
• To Discover the Casablanca site, which includes one Première Classe, one Campanile and one Kyriad
• And finally, to continue the collective dynamic

We are also pleased to announce the launch of the second class of the Rookie program, bringing together several talents from our regional offices in Europe. The class consists of 8 talents from Germany, Holland and Poland.
