The Omenaa Foundation is starting vocational activation programs to help you learn a profession and find employment. The projects are aimed at children in orphanages leaving the facility after reaching the age of majority and at Ukrainian refugees who benefit from the support of RiO Edu Centrum, a center for mothers and children from Ukraine.
As part of the program, the Foundation began cooperation with, inter alia, with the Louvre Hotels Group chain. The project is related to helping adult children from orphanages find work. Ukrainians from RiO Edu Centrum can also take advantage of the training program.
In today’s difficult times, when many people came to our country looking for safety, we decided to initiate an action consisting in the organization of professional training courses preparing them for work in the hotel and catering industry. We have established cooperation with the Omenaa Foundation, which enthusiastically joined our project, and together we will invite the Foundation’s charges to learn about the secrets of the hotel industry – says François Delattre, Director of Operations Europe Louvre Hotels Group.
Hotels will provide both training for specific professions related to the hotel industry and employment in their facilities. The workshops include preparation for the professions of a receptionist, waiter or kitchen worker. Participants will learn, among others basics of the booking system or invoices, serving techniques, organization of space for conferences or banquets.
