Marie Bocquillon, Head of France and Europe Human Resources Operations, spoke today at a panel discussion about “HR are here for managers”, organized by DÉCIDEURS RH.
An opportunity to share the actions implemented within the group to support both our managers and employees in a constantly evolving environment but also to address the role of tomorrow’s manager: the need to adapt HR practices after the COVID crisis, establishment of a framework of trust and exchange between managers and HR, implementation of conventions to meet the connection needs between collaborators.
