From 27 September to 3 October 2022, during the European Sustainable Development Week, Campanile is committed to sustainable and responsible catering!

 

What are the objectives?

  • To raise awareness among our teams and customers about sustainable and responsible food through a European event
  • To mobilise our Campanile network around the environmental, health and social challenges of the catering industry
  • To offer a healthy, plant-based cuisine to analyse the maturity and appetite of our customers for this type of offer

 

What are the brand’s commitments for the European sustainable development week?

  • Implementation of a “sustainable” menu that highlights vegetable products, seasonal products and local producers.
  • Original recipes and products to help our customers discover a different way of eating fruit and vegetables. Our responsible menu puts vegetables at the heart of the plate by proposing original and delicious combinations of flavours.
  • Partnership with 2 French suppliers committed to the food of tomorrow: Neptune Elément and Petit Côté
