CAMPANILE’S NEW MENU

Campanile’s new spring menu arrived in our restaurants Tuesday March 28th! This new offer, co-shaped by Chef Renard, meets three objectives:

  1. A reinforced brand coherence
  2. An offer that is simple and understandable by all
  3. A more-visible CSR commitment

The four broad strokes of the new season are:

  • No fixed recipe
  • 1 dish = 1 side
  • Less but better
  • A sustainable cuisine

To highlight our signature dish: Sardines sautéed in garlic and rosemary, grilled bell peppers, our brand is launching a social media contest. Participants have to find the ingredients that go with our signature dish to try and win a meal for four people.
