Boost your skills – our managers’ competency development program

Developing your soft skills, launched in September 2020, allows our managers at Headquarters and Europe (regional offices) and since 2022 for our GMs in France and in Europe to strengthen their key managerial competencies.

– Pedagogical training that is 100% remote (Digital Learning, Virtual Classes) to facilitate access and allow flexibility for the training

– Short and efficient format: 3-4 hours which is better-adapted to the user’s needs

– A format targeted to develop peer exchange

In 2022:

Three modules for Headquarter’s and Regional Office managers:

-Making time your ally (March-April): 78 interns trained

-Feedback as leverage for managerial performance (May-June): 47 interns trained

-Impactful communication (October-November)

Two modules for France and Europe GMs

-Initiation Manager coaching (March – April)

-Advanced Manager coaching (June)
