It’s back to school for the Louvre Hotels Group head office teams!

On this occasion, three back-to-school days were organized to inspire our employees and our general management around several themes.

The first day focused on ecological transition and data.

On the program, a day of immersion in the eco-place La Cité Fertile in Pantin, with the intervention of several committed experts: Sandrine Bélier researcher in Cognitive Sciences of HumansMatter, Guillaume Rozier founder of Covid Tracker, Rémi Babut of the Shift Project! We talked about sustainable food and training with the teams from La Source FoodSchool, but also circular economy with Augustin Jaclin, co-founder of Lemon!

The second day focused on cyber security.

On the program, a morning at PwC to better understand the issues and risks related to cyber-attacks that a company can suffer. The opportunity for employees to experience a crisis situation via a virtual reality headset but also a serious game during which cyber-attackers and the company Louvre Hotels Group clashed.

Our back-to-school days ended in our Chaud Devant culinary university! on the theme of innovation and the resilience of human resources.

On the program, sustainable cooking workshops given by our partner La Source Foodschool but also a reflection on the employer brand with EPOKA, the meeting with 7 start-ups specialists in the subjects of recruitment, loyalty and development of talents Andjaro Luum EachOne DayOne 1km Walk Spayr JobStory. And finally, the professional athlete Axel Alletru who shared with us a magnificent testimony on resilience and determination.
