We have accompanied our Project Leaders in a personalized fashion since 2020 and the start of the new CoCom.
We develop their project management talents as well as best positioning in order to better lead the major projects of Louvre Hotels.
During the past months we have proposed:
Training to perfect both the identification and follow-up of KRIs and KPIs.
Two co-development workshops (peer conflict resolution techniques) whose objectives are:
> Regulation in order to optimize a group project
> Development of one’s power of conviction
