Launch of Teelt, our platform onboarding
Teelt is the first step in the integration process for each new talent that we welcome to headquarters.
Thanks to this tool, the new colleague has access to the Louvre Hotels Group documentation, can respond to quizzes, and discover their future team. This allows them to take ownership of their position quicker and makes their adaptation more pleasant.
It is also an opportunity for the teams to maintain a link with the new recruit during their initial period and to get to know them better!
